Critical Reflection
Critical reflection is the key to personal and professional growth and development. The ability to reflect in and on situations, to bring feelings and thinking together, to discover what worked well and why, and what didn't work so well and why, leads us to change our attitudes, skills and knowledge thus enhancing student learning experiences in the health professions. There are two supporting Occasional Papers, a Special Interest Group and many other opportunities here.
